Change of use from warehouse to housing in an existing building in Vilalba dels Arcs, Terra Alta. Tha main challenge of this project has been the optimization of the weight of the housing to use part of the existing structure. To achieve this, wood has been used as the principal material for the structure and the indoor finnishings.

Reus Ocult is the main activity of Espais Ocults Association. During 48h we do guided visits in spaces from Reus which are usually not opened to the public.

The challenge of living among almond trees

Self-sufficiant house in an almond tree field. The aim of this project is to achieve landscape integration, a house to admire the views and to be self-sufficient in power means.

Mediterranean park

Looking at Badalona from a distance, we find a line of green spaces and squares connected by Sant Ignasi de Loiola Avenue, starting from Pompeu Fabra Park and ending with the promenade. This line is disrupted by the rail tracks.

Windows to the sea

House of the 90's with a very fragmentated floor plan distribution and small windows, ignoring its privileged views of the sea. The refurbishment consisted in making big windows and open spaces to be able to admire the sea from the house. Also part of the roofs were removed to give the exterior a change of image.

Agricultural Palace

The building is located in a strategic point of the city for the reactivation of the fair and the Champs Elisees; in between the comercial street and the fair, surrounded by green centenary trees, following the river and with views to the Seu Vella. 

Home for two

Detached house located in a residential area in Salou. The task was to have a house all on the ground floor and to make the most of the plot but leaving outside garden space.
