Single family detached house for E and F in a residential area of Salou.

 

The task was to have a house all on the ground floor and to make the most of the plot but leaving outside garden space.

The project is an L-shaped floor plan with a flat roof. Half of the floor plan is for the sleeping area, with a master bedroom, divided into sleeping area, dressing room and bathroom, and two secondary ones, while the day area is an open space of living and dining room looking at the garden and open.

One of the main elements of the project is the overhang of the roof that acts as a covered terrasse and gives shelter to the main entrance.
